Store FAQs
An accordion of the customer questions you picked as store FAQs, with a Load more questions button. Good for the questions everyone asks, such as sizing, care or shipping.
Where the questions come from
Shoppers ask questions about products from the Review widget. Under Reviews › Customer questions, answer one, publish it, then choose Add to store FAQs from its ••• menu. Only answered, published questions can be FAQs. See Questions and answers.
Where to put it
A dedicated FAQ page, your shipping or returns page, or the home page.
Add it
- In the app, go to Settings › Widgets and click Install on Store FAQs.
- Or, in the theme editor, open the page template you want, click Add section, open Apps and choose Store FAQs.
- Click Save.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |

Heading | Default Frequently asked questions. |
Maximum questions | The most questions the block shows in total, 1 to 20. Default 10. |
Questions per page | How many show before Load more questions, 1 to 10. Default 5. |
Show customer name | Show who asked each question. Off by default. |
Answering questions needs the Awesome plan.
