Plans and billing
Two plans. Forever Free is free for good, with no caps on reviews, requests or widgets. Awesome is $15 USD every 30 days, with a 15-day free trial, and adds the features below.

The Product FAQs and Store FAQs widgets are free to install, but they show answered questions, and answering needs Awesome.
Upgrade to Awesome
- In the app, go to Settings › Plan and click Upgrade to Awesome.
- Shopify's pricing page opens. Choose Awesome.
- Approve the charge. Shopify shows whether your store can start the 15-day trial.
Awesome features unlock straight away. During the trial, Settings › Plan shows when it ends, and the Home page badge reads Awesome Trial.
Billing
- Shopify bills you, on your Shopify invoice, every 30 days after the trial.
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Sofcy never asks for or stores card details.
Change or cancel
- Go to Settings › Plan and click Manage subscription.
- On Shopify's pricing page, choose Forever Free.
Your reviews, settings and history are kept. Awesome-only settings stay saved but locked. Their panels show Upgrade to edit, and they work again as soon as you upgrade. Uninstalling the app also ends the subscription.
