Product FAQs
An accordion of the product questions you answered and published, on that product's page. In the theme editor this block is called Product FAQs.
Where the questions come from
Shoppers ask questions with Ask a question in the Review widget. You answer them in the app under Reviews › Customer questions. Answered questions you publish appear here. See Questions and answers.
Where to put it
Product pages only. Off a product page the block shows "This block is available on product pages."
Add it
- In the app, go to Settings › Widgets and click Install on Product FAQs.
- Or, in the theme editor, open your product template, click Add block, open Apps and choose Product FAQs.
- Click Save.
Settings

Heading | Default Product questions and answers. |
Open the first answer | Show the first answer expanded. Off by default. |
Show customer name | Show who asked each question. Off by default. |
Answering questions needs the Awesome plan. Without answers, this block has nothing to show.
