Social sharing
Turn your best reviews into posts. Share one in a click, or make an image of it for Instagram, a story or an ad.
Share a review
- On the Reviews page, open a published review's ••• menu and choose Share on social media.
- Pick X, Facebook, LinkedIn or WhatsApp. The platform opens with the post ready, and nothing is posted until you confirm there.
- Or click Copy caption and paste it anywhere.
The caption has the stars, the product name, the review's title and text (up to 240 characters), and a link to the product's reviews. The reviewer's name is left out.
Only published product reviews at or above your minimum rating can be shared, and the product must be on your storefront.
Create a social proof banner
In a review's ••• menu, choose Create social proof banner, or click Create banner in Settings › Social sharing.
- Banner size: 1080×1080 (square post), 1080×1350 (portrait post), 1080×1920 (story) or 1200×628 (link preview).
- Background: the product image, a brand gradient or a solid colour, with an overlay darkness for images.
- Review box: colour, transparency and corners.
- Review content: star colour, title, text size and length, text colour.
- Details: reviewer name, verified badge, product name, store name and Sofcy Reviews logo, each on or off.
Click Download image for a PNG, or Copy image. The image is made in your browser, and nothing is uploaded.
Minimum rating
In Settings › Social sharing, under Sharing eligibility, click Manage settings and choose Minimum rating, from 5 stars only down to any rating. Reviews below it cannot be shared. This panel needs the Awesome plan.
Sofcy never posts anything for you. Every share is one you make yourself.
