Rewards
Referrals
After a customer's order is paid, Sofcy gives them a referral code to share. Friends get a discount with it. If you like, the customer gets a reward too when a friend orders.
Referrals need the Awesome plan.
Settings
Go to Settings › Referrals. The top of the page shows Codes issued, Friend orders and Referrer rewards.

Customer reward (2-way) | What the customer gets when a friend uses their code: Percentage off, Fixed amount, or No incentive (default). |
Validity | Days until a referral code expires. Default 30. |
How it works
- A customer's order is paid. Sofcy creates one referral code for them, such as
SOFCY-AB12CD34, and emails it with a Shop now button. Each customer gets one code. - They share it. Any number of friends can use it, each once, until it expires.
- A friend orders with the code and gets the friend discount. Customers cannot use their own code.
- With a 2-way reward, the customer is emailed a single-use thank-you code, such as
SOFCY-THANKS-AB12CD34.
Customers who unsubscribed from your review emails, or asked to be erased, are not emailed. Shopify test orders are ignored.
