Collect reviews
Product management
Settings › Product management lists your products with their average rating, review count and requests, and lets you switch review requests and coupons on or off one product at a time.
The product list
- Tabs: All Products, Active Products and Inactive Products (archived in Shopify).
- Columns: Product, Av. rating, Reviews, Requests and Coupon.
- Click the search icon to search by title or handle.
- 25 products per page.
Turn requests or coupons off for a product
- Click a product's Requests badge to switch between Active and Inactive. Inactive products get no review requests. Hover for how many requests it has had.
- Click its Coupon badge to choose whether reviews of it can earn a coupon. It reads Active only while coupons are also on in Settings › Coupons.
- For many products at once, tick them and use Turn on review requests, Turn off review requests, Turn on coupons or Turn off coupons.
Row actions
- The link icon gives the product's review link and QR code.
- View the product on your store, or open it in your Shopify admin from the ••• menu.
Synchronize products
Sofcy keeps its product list in step with Shopify as you add and edit products. If a new product is missing, for example before an import, click the search icon and then Synchronize products.
