Export reviews
Your reviews are yours. Download them as CSV at any time, on any plan.
Reviews
On the Reviews page, open the Export menu and choose Export published reviews, Export hidden reviews or Export archived reviews. To export particular reviews, tick them and click Export reviews.
The file has these columns: id, shop_id, product_id, reviewer_id, rating, title, body, status, source, verified, pinned, featured, tags, created_at. Product and reviewer columns hold Sofcy's own IDs.
Up to 10,000 reviews per export.
A full copy for another store
For a file with reviewer names, emails and replies, go to Settings › Import reviews and click Export this store's reviews. It uses the same format the importer reads, so you can import it into another store that uses Sofcy, or into another app.
Review requests
On Reviews › Review requests, choose More actions › Export requests. The CSV follows your current search and status filter, with the customer, product, order, prices, status and the scheduled, sent and delivered times.
Questions
On Reviews › Customer questions, click Export. See Questions and answers.
Analytics
On Analytics, click Export report. See Analytics.
