Customer profile block

A small Sofcy Reviews card on each customer's page in your Shopify admin, showing what that customer has done with reviews.

What it shows

Reviews: up to five of the customer's reviews, with their status.
Review requests: up to five requests sent to them, with their status.
Product questions: up to five questions they asked.

The See your latest reviews button opens the Reviews page in Sofcy. A customer with no activity shows This customer hasn't left any reviews yet.

The block is read-only. To change a review, open it in the app.

Add it

In your Shopify admin, open Customers and click any customer.
Open the app blocks control on the customer page and add Sofcy Reviews.
Shopify remembers the choice, so the card then shows on every customer's page.

This block is part of the Shopify admin, not your storefront. Shoppers never see it.
