Custom timing per product
Some products need longer before a customer can judge them, and some much less. A custom timing schedule gives a set of products its own delay and reminders, overriding the store-wide timing.
Create a schedule
- Go to Settings › Request scheduling and click Add custom timing for a product. The Custom timing schedules page opens.
- Click Create custom timing.
- Fill in the schedule, then click Save.

Good to know
- A product can be in one schedule only. Adding it to another moves it there.
- You can have up to 50 schedules.
- Changes apply to new orders. Requests already scheduled keep their send date, even if you delete the schedule.
- Manual and past-order requests use a product's custom timing too, when you leave their delay blank.
Once you have schedules, the Request scheduling page shows a Custom product timing summary with how many are enabled and how many products they cover.
