Store category
Choose what your store sells, such as Apparel and accessories or Beauty and personal care. Sofcy saves it to compare your review collection with similar stores in future. Default Other.
Out-of-store products
Reviews of products that are no longer on your storefront, because they are deleted, drafted or archived.

Sync customers with Shopify
Sofcy links reviews from your storefront and from emails to the matching Shopify customer. There is nothing to set. View customers in Shopify opens your customer list, where the customer profile block shows each customer's reviews.
Export and restore settings
- Export settings downloads your Sofcy settings as a JSON file. Keep it as a backup, or use it to set up another store the same way.
- Restore settings loads such a file, after asking you to confirm. It replaces the settings it contains.
Backups hold your settings panels only. They leave out API tokens, webhook settings and secrets, and product groups. Files over 100 KB are refused. On Forever Free, Awesome-only panels in the file are skipped and your saved ones kept.
